NAUF raw board specifications with FSC Chain of Custody include:
Casework and work surface core panel materials to be made of engineered board that:
- Meets ANSI 208.1 M2 PB specifications
- Made from 100% certified recycled or recovered wood fiber
- Uses urea formaldehyde-free, exterior-grade polyurethane resin (NAUF)
- Optional Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) chain-of-custody certificate and Environmentally Preferable Product (EPP) certified (must provide copies of certifications)
- Has VOC emission factors that are less than 0.01 ppm

NAUF thermally fused board specifications with optional FSC Chain of Custody include:
